PROCESSING ORDERS
THINK OVER Srl reserves the right to decline an order in the event that PayPal does not receive verification from the Client’s bank. Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. SOFTSHIELD.IT reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control. It is in the sole discretion of THINK OVER Srl to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.

FINAL CUSTOMERS
THINK OVER Srl has created and published the website SOFTSHIELD.IT with the mission to offer a service exclusively for its own Clients. The products on sale on the website SOFTSHIELD.IT are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer”, THINK OVER Srl intends a person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at SOFTSHIELD.IT Therefore, THINK OVER Srl invites Users who may not be considered as a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with SOFTSHIELD.IT and to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders related to the merchandise on sale. In regard to the commercial policy described above, THINK OVER Srl reserves the right not to process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
To place orders at SOFTSHIELD.IT Clients must: Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer” Be 18 years or older. Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts. Have a valid POP e-mail address. Have a valid Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, or Bank Account, or PayPal Account.

DECLINATION OF RESPONSABILITY
THINK OVER Srl publishes information on its website SOFTSHIELD.IT to provide a service to Users, but declines every responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors. Once brought to attention, THINK OVER Srl will execute immediate correction. THINK OVER Srl also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the website when necessary without giving prior notice. THINK OVER Srl does not offer any guaranty that the information published on its own website is in conformity with the laws of the User’s competent jurisdiction. THINK OVER Srl website SOFTSHIELD.IT is a protected website according to international Internet standards. If used correctly, Users can be reassured not to encounter viruses. However, THINK OVER Srl declines any responsibility from eventual problems, damages, viruses or risks that the User may incur during the misuse of the website and declines any responsibility from eventual faulty operations of the website due to the deactivation of “cookies” in the User’s browser. Users must accept the terms and conditions of this legal notice, and must be sure to visit these pages periodically for updates, changes and corrections. THINK OVER Srl reserves the right to modify the terms and the conditions contained in this legal note when it is necessary without giving prior notice.

The SOFTSHIELD.IT web site, in adhering to Italian law and in particular to the Court of Milan, states: “Entering this web site the User and THINK OVER Srl agree that the laws and the regulations of the Italian State will enforce any questions pertinent to the use of the web site. The User and THINK OVER Srl also agree to submit exclusively to the competent Court of Milan for the questions above. THINK OVER Srl does not guarantee in any way that material present on the web site can be appropriate or of possible use in other countries, and the access to those materials from places where the relative contents are illegal is expressly prohibited. Users who choose to enter this site from said locations, do so at their own risk, and are solely responsible to respect relative local laws. 

Orders and payments

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS PRICES AND CURRENCY Published prices and final invoices are in Euro. For every country in the world, prices are imposed by the designer. Final credit card debited amounts are in Euro and may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions. SOFTSHIELD.IT encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.

Credit Card Security
SOFTSHIELD.IT Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed by UBI Banca. SOFTSHIELD.IT customer service will not ask for nor accept credit card numbers and/or expiration date. SOFTSHIELD.IT recommends Clients to apply for E-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard. Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order will be processed by UBI Banca. Credit cards are debited upon order placement for both available merchandise and Pre-order items though shipment will be later in the season when the merchandise arrives. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, at the following times: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (CEST). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday morning next.

First-Time Client
We would like to remind our new customers that UBI Banca will make checks to verify the transaction. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your order. THINK OVER Srl also reserves the right to ship the order only to the billing address.

Credit Card Currency
Credit Cards will be debited in Euro, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the Credit Card company processes the transaction.

Bank Wire Transfer
SOFTSHIELD.IT accepts Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment. Selecting Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment is only a request. The merchandise is not held for the Client at this time. Upon receipt of the request, customerservice@softshield.it,will send THINK OVER’s bank information. Items will only be shipped after receiving a scan at orders@softshield.it. of the bank transaction within 48 hours. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached THINK OVER’s bank account. If the scan or fax of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT
Clients can place orders for merchandise that is slated to arrive later in the season.
SOFTSHIELD.IT reminds Clients that Pre-Orders are slated to arrive before the end of the month indicated on the web site.
In the event an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and refunded or issued store credit.
The credit card will be debited the date of order placement.
Bank Wire transfers for Pre-Orders are invoiced the day the funds arrive in Think Over’s account

ORDER UPDATE
Clients can obtain their order(s) status by sending an E-mail to: orders@softshield.it. The E-mail must include the first and last name under which the order was placed and your order number. The order number is located on your order confirmation email. An electronic version will be saved in your account on SOFTSHIELD.IT

ORDER CHANGES
We remind clients that, once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Delivery

SOFTSHIELD.IT ships worldwide with BRT/GLS (Monday through Friday). 

BRT/GLS does not deliver to PO BOXES and requires a signature upon delivery.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL SOFTSHIELD.IT orders are shipped out of Lesa, Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE LOWER VALUES OR THE ITEMS AS GIFTS ACCORDING TO THE INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REGULATIONS.

IMPORT FEES
SOFTSHIELD.IT SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION ARE EXEMPT VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) BUT ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT FEES. PAYMENT OF THESE IMPORT FEES IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT.

IMPORTER REQUIREMENTS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
SOFTSHIELD.IT does not have branches in the U.S.A. to import the orders therefore the client is considered as the final importer. Private U.S.A. citizens and non-U.S.A. citizens residing in the U.S.A. who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker, in this case GLS/BRT. Non-U.S.A. citizens/residents who DO NOT have a USA Social Security can provide a CBP – Customs Border Protection – assigned number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days. For more information, please visit the U.S.A. government site for Customs Border Protection: http://www.cbp.gov/ If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as for the SOFTSHIELD.IT commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement. Published prices and final invoices are in Euro. Final credit card debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions. SHIPMENT DATE
Orders are shipped from SOFTSHIELD.IT in Lesa, Italy – Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.

AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders for available merchandise are shipped after the confirmation, whitin on week, from Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) (Orders placed on weekends are shipped whitin one week). In all cases, SOFTSHIELD.IT reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control.

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS MADE UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE
Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement during regular office hours from 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (CET) Shipments will be made the day when the merchandise arrives.
Your order will be shipped when the item arrives from the supplier which will be within the month that was published online the time you placed your order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from SOFTSHIELD.IT specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by SOFTSHIELD.IT

SHIPMENT INSURANCE
SOFTSHIELD.IT ships worldwide with GLS/BRT. GLS/BRT does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL SOFTSHIELD.IT orders are shipped out of Lesa, Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total amount of merchandise purchased in Euro. SOFTSHIELD.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches final destination, the goods are no longer insured.

AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Tutti i Clients are requested to carefully inspect the box BEFORE signing for the delivery. If for any reason, the box appears tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, open a claim immediately with the local GLS/BRT office and contact SOFTSHIELD.IT at customerservice@softshield.it. If you request the change of GLS/BRT delivery address, the GLS/BRT continues to be responsible.

SUCCESSFULL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the SOFTSHIELD.IT commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Returns

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for refund, change or store credit.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To request permission to return,(R.A.N.), the customer should send from account page a request for a return within 10 days of receiving the order.
    • log-in “historical and order detail”
    • select the order in which you want to ask the return
    • 3 select the items for return and add notes with the reason for the return, and specify if the return is made with refund or creating a store credit to be used for future purchases.
  2. Once you have received the return request, SOFTSHIELD.IT send the customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and attached the GLS/BRT tracking.
  3. Returns must be sent with GLS/BRT. Clients must write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instruction in the RAN E-mail. (The GLS/BRT will provide the Airway Bill to complete upon pick-up).
  4. If you are requesting a return for refund will be deducted € 15 for return from Italy, € 30 for return from European Union, € 50 for return from the rest of the world, also the import taxes of return (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund. If you ask for a change or a store credit, shipping charges  of return will be paid by SOFTSHIELD.IT only for the first change and if the client is from Italy or European Union. If the client comes from the rest of the world, shipping charges and import taxes of return are ALWAYS responsability of the client.
Refunds will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles. (May vary from credit card company to credit card company.)
  5. Returns must arrive within 10 days from receiving the R.A.N.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Items cannot be washed or altered in any way.
  • The returned items must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags. Items must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. SOFTSHIELD.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
  • All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of SOFTSHIELD.IT Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance of the Return Policy a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund.
  • SOFTSHIELD.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with GLS/BRT. If an unauthorized return is accepted, SOFTSHIELD.IT will deduct a 20% administrative/restocking fee from the refund.

Pick-ups for all authorized returns with SOFTSHIELD.IT BRT/GLS account number must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
